More Family Crisis, November 12, 11 PM
i just heard from my mother that my step-dad, dick, fell and broke his hip. she is with him at the hospital and he will probably be operated on tomorrow. it has only been a couple of weeks since dick had to go into a nursing home. his care finally reached the point where my mother was just no longer phsically able to give him the around the clock care that he needed. please pray for her as well as my step dad. she has been exhausted and extremely stressed for months, and our present situation here in atlanta continues to prevent us from being there for them.
