Honestly, I don't know how to pray but this morning at 3:00am I was awakened and took the opportunity to spend time in God's Word preparing for my Sunday School Lesson I teach tomorrow. The verses in Romans 8:26-28 are the ones that filled my heart with joy. When I don't know how to pray, God's Holy Spirit within me and all believers intercedes for me to my Heavenly Father. When my daughter Leda Goodman called me about 8:00 to tell me the new crisis, I knew it did not matter that I could not find the right words because God's Spirit was already interceeding for me. We will pray without ceasing.

Rom 8:26 In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;
Rom 8:27 and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
Crying out to the Father for all of you.

I wanted to let you know that this morning Mrs. Collyn Schmidt prayed for your family at the Kaufmann's house on Lookout. There was a group of about twenty for pancakes and our shock and sadness brought us to our knees. May God be even nearer.

What could we possibly say to add any comfort to you at this time, besides our prayers for you and your family? We do not know you but know your brother in Virginia. Also being a father, I hope they hang the drunk publicly or shut him in prison for the rest of his life.

Our prayers are placed at God's feet on your behalf. What does He have for the Mendonza/Job family? We cannot see it in the least. It seems to us only the most cruel series of life events. I pray that our Lord's will will be done, even in these circumstances!

I am reminded of the words of a Philips, Craig and Dean song, reminding you of what you know to be true, but it's sometimes so hard to believe:
You are God alone
From before time began
You were on Your throne
Your are God alone
And right now
In the good times and bad
You are on Your throne
He is on His throne and we are on our knees before him on your behalf.

I am so sorry to hear about your sisters death. But, we now all can rejoice because she is with our Father in Heaven. May peace and joy be brought to your family. I am praying for you.

Andy, Gloria and Asher,
Please know that we are praying for you! There are no words that will ease this pain, but please hold on to our blessed hope...this is not the end...we are only passing through and we WILL see her again! Please stand firm and know that our Father loves you.

Connie Richardson asked her friends to pray for your family and I, in turn, have asked many of my friends and family to pray for y'all as well. Hadrienne's life and all of the problems that have faced your family within the last six months are beyond comprehension. Please know that we will continue to lift you even higher in our thoughts and prayers. God be with you all,

Words cannot express how the CCS community grieves for your family tonight. Hadrienne was an absolute joy and an absolute angel in class and she was always so nice to me every single day. Everyone at CCS sends our prayers and love.

Dear Ones,
Words can not express the sorrow I have in my spirit for your family just now. I have never had the pleasure of meeting you or your precious Hadrienne but I have been praying for the Lord to be very near to all of you in this hour of crisis. He has brought me to pray from Lamentations 3 for you...
"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness."

We will continue to pray, as will all our friends scattered around. We are family and as such, we hurt together and grieve together.

My heart is broken and in pain for your loss. I just pray to God that his mercy and care will be with you throughout this trying time. He has been with you throughout Asher's accident and road to recovery, and HE continues to be on His throne.
Trust God for He is faithful!

Rock Creek Fellowship minister, Eric Youngblood prayed for your family this morning. Our family continues to pray for you. Lauren, Anna, and I have spoken so many times of Hadrienne's infectious smile, and our own memories of her. All of the memories make us smile, some make us laugh out loud. Love, Susan
