i am about to leave for the hospital. i called gloria and she said asher had a pretty good night and is already sitting up in his chair this morning. a woman from Shepherds Spinal Center in atlanta came in this morning to begin the evaluation process for asher. this is where we have been praying that asher would be able to go. there are a number of things that will need to be worked out in order for him to be able to do this. please pray for us in this process.

Andy & Gloria,
We continue to keep all of you and Asher in our prayers as well as having our students pray for you and him as well. We have kept up to date on his progress through the blog as often as we could when we were not traveling. We are encouraged by his progress and know that the Lord will give the final report on his condition. We love you guys!

I have been praying for Asher's acceptance at Shepherd's Clinic. They have done such amazing work, not only with brain-injured patients, but also with their families. We will continue to pray in this direction. We do thank God every time we remember Asher, which is quite often!, and give the Lord glory for all he has done for Asher so far. And for the plans he has for Asher. More than we can ask or think.

Still praying... and rejoicing in the progress being made. May God give you clear wisdom and guidance as you make decisions about where to go next.
